IGetMail - Automatic POP3 Connector for MS Exchange IGetMail acts as a POP3 connector to automatically download your incoming POP3 mail from multiple remote servers to a single, local Microsoft Exchange Server. Does your company have more than one Internet domain? Maybe you have several and you need to download all the e-mail sent to not just one, but several Internet domains. Or do you have that users set up individual accounts at third party e-mail suppliers and then want this mail directed to their account on your local server? IGetMail takes care of this for you.

Mail addressed to your company's
domain lands on your ISP's remote mail server. Your local mail server
is not designed to check or download e-mail from remote locations. It
waits until outgoing mail needs to be sent and then checks for new incoming
messages. If your server does not have any messages to send, it does
not check for new incoming e-mail and you do not receive your in incoming
messages. This time delay can cause obvious frustrations and
headaches.
IGetMail pulls email according to the weekday and weekend time and
frequency schedules that you define. Also supports unlimited individual and
unlimited Internet domain (group) accounts. Read what a few of our
customers have to say about IGetMail: "I wanted to share the great news!! Your product saved my
relationship with my client! I had installed IGetMail and had
it operational within 10 minutes. Not bad for only learning about it
last night... Thank you... I certainly will be informing ALL our clients
about your product. Thanks again for your timely response and
support." - D. McDonald "I have to say that our of the several email connectors I have tried
this (IGetMail) has to be the easiest to set up and I have
recommended it to several colleagues." - S. Tompsett
IGetMail - System Requirements
Local Exchange Server or
Computer with access to Local Exchange Server Windows NT / 2000 / XP / 2003 2.5 MB RAM (minimum) 1 MB hard disk space
*** Exchange 2007 Important Note ***
IGetMail is compatible with Exchange Server 2007, but you will need to
change the default SMTP properties to allow anonymous access. By
default, Exchange 2007 requires authenticated access and IGetMail uses
plain old SMTP.
According to Microsoft TechNet:
...In a single-server Exchange 2007 setup you'll need to allow anonymous
connections on your default receive connector. By default Exchange 2007
servers not running the Edge Transport role will only accept inbound
SMTP connections from Exchange Users (clients), Exchange Servers (other
Exchange 2007 servers) and Exchange Legacy Servers (legacy Exchange 2003
& below servers). To allow anonymous SMTP connections for your server,
run the following management shell command:
Remote E-Mail Server
A POP3 compliant server, such as UNIX, Microsoft
Exchange Server or Eudora World Mail Server.
